📄 Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receive the goods.

🔄 Withdrawal After Production Has Started

You may cancel your order even if production has already started, as long as the product is not personalized. The refund will be processed once the payment has been successfully received by us.
As long as no payment has been recorded, a reversal is technically and legally not possible.

This applies to:

  • standard product sizes

  • products without custom text, individual dimensions, or unique designs

👉 In these cases, the right of withdrawal remains valid.

❌ Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized, including:

    • custom sizes

    • individual text

    • customer-specific or unique designs

  • goods that have been used, damaged, or returned in an unsellable condition due to improper handling

💥 Defective or Damaged Products

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If the product:

  • is defective

  • arrives damaged

  • or differs significantly from its description

you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

💳 Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund:

  • the purchase price

  • standard outbound shipping costs

Return shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method has been expressly agreed.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we cover the return shipping costs
