📦 Shipping Policy

⏳ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

If production has already started, your order will still be shipped after production is completed, unless you have submitted a valid withdrawal request in accordance with our Return Policy.

🌍 Shipping Area

We currently ship only to the following countries:

Austria (AT)
Germany (DE)

Orders with delivery addresses outside these countries cannot be accepted or fulfilled.

🚚 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Austria (AT): 7-9 business days
Germany (DE): 7-9 business days

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

the size of your order
the weight of your order
the delivery country

All shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase.

📍 Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method.

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

📦 Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

- Prices are displayed in EUR
- Import taxes or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
