⏳ Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Production Note: Since our prints are made-to-order, your order will be shipped as soon as production is completed, unless a valid withdrawal request has been submitted in accordance with our Return Policy.

🌍 Shipping Area We currently ship exclusively to the following countries:

  • Austria (AT)

  • Germany (DE)

Note: Orders with delivery addresses outside these countries cannot be processed, accepted, or fulfilled.

🚚 Delivery Times The estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • Austria (AT): 7–9 business days

  • Germany (DE): 7–9 business days

💰 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout and depend on:

  • The size and dimensions of your order

  • The total weight of the package

  • The destination country (Austria or Germany)

All applicable shipping costs are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

📍 Tracking

  • Status Updates: Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping carrier.

  • Notification: If tracking is available for your shipment, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email after 2–3 business days, as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

📦 Damaged Deliveries If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@galleryworld.at within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork. We will immediately arrange a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

Payment Policy

✅ Accepted Payment Methods We offer the following secure payment options at checkout:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Bank Transfer / Instant Payment (if active and available at checkout)

💱 Currency All prices, transactions, and payments are processed exclusively in Euro (€).

🧾 Taxes & Duties

  • Small Business Regulation: In accordance with the Austrian small business regulation pursuant to § 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG), as amended, no VAT is charged or displayed.

  • Invoices: Applicable shipping costs are added based on the size and weight of your order and will be displayed separately at checkout before you complete your purchase (see Shipping Policy).

  • No Data Storage: We do not store, view, or have access to any of your credit card or payment information on our servers.
